The Client
Mere Commercial is a specialist leisure and commercial property consultancy based near Penrith, Cumbria. Headed up by Duncan Young, the consultancy prides itself on providing regulated expertise, catering to an expanse of surveyor requirements.
The client needed a website to showcase their services and commercial properties for sale and to let. Marketing the properties is a key focus for Mere Commercial, and there was a clear need to implement a tactic for doing so via the site.
We designed a site that balanced the needs of the client, presented using our ultra-functional, responsive CMS. We considered the need for accessible property listings, and we met this by adding a property search feature into the design, giving users quick access to filter properties listed in specific areas. We also generated a tailored email marketing approach, setting up a campaign that will send emails to subscribed users every week when new properties have been added to the site.
We also added a property details feature for every listing uploaded to the site, providing additional information, social network links, location map and a request a viewing form.
