The client outlined a need for an easy to manage content system, as the site requires regular updates to reflect new, ongoing and completed projects. As quality is inherent to the clients’ ethos, this value needed to be communicated exceptionally across the site, helping to build and maintain customer trust.
Our team also had to ensure a seamless customer journey across the site, placing key focus on giving prospective buyers the ability to see the properties available at any given time.
Our team of website developers optimised the site from a technical perspective, making navigating through the available properties simple, and giving users clear signposting throughout their journey of the site.
We developed a quick access view on the home page for users looking frequently for particular plots to become available, detailed 3d floor plans onsite, and an interactive map for users providing updates on plots that were available or sold.
