To continue the success of our Apprenticeship programme and the on-going progression of the company we are now seeking to appoint a Business Administration Apprentice to join our team in Penrith. The role will cover: receiving and sorting the daily mail on behalf of H&H Reeds. assisting the Financial Administrator in receiving and recording monies and providing the necessary documentation to clients and make required entries into company records. being the first line of contact for H&H Reeds by answering telephone calls and receiving visitors to the premises. ensuring accurate communication between the customers, any other either external or internal visitors or callers and the staff of H&H Reeds by taking, recording and relaying messages. undertaking administrative duties as required, which may include the following: production of accurate correspondence and documentation photocopying as required filing of correspondence and documentation – both manually and computerised maintenance of client files data inputting The successful candidate will be keen to progress and develop specialist skills within the workplace, have good communication skills, be flexible, enthusiastic and self-motivated.
