Business Administration apprentice

H&H Reeds is part of the H&H Group of companies and is the leading commercial printer in Cumbria.

To continue the success of our Apprenticeship programme and the on-going progression of the company we are now seeking to appoint a Business Administration Apprentice to join our team in Penrith.

The role will cover:
  • receiving and sorting the daily mail on behalf of H&H Reeds.
  • assisting the Financial Administrator in receiving and recording monies and providing the necessary documentation to clients and make required entries into company records.
  • being the first line of contact for H&H Reeds by answering telephone calls and receiving visitors to the premises.
  • ensuring accurate communication between the customers, any other either external or internal visitors or callers and the staff of H&H Reeds by taking, recording and relaying messages.
  • undertaking administrative duties as required, which may include the following:
    • production of accurate correspondence and documentation
    • photocopying as required
    • filing of correspondence and documentation – both manually and computerised
    • maintenance of client files
    • data inputting

The successful candidate will be keen to progress and develop specialist skills within the workplace, have good communication skills, be flexible, enthusiastic and self-motivated.
